Pinnacle Tamox

I lift 6 days a week, I'm running low dose test cyp 250 mg week, Turanibol 50 mg day and some Clen right now. 56 years old 6' 240 lbs. Ran my first cycle in 1992. Test cyp 300 mg & Deca 200 mg a week for 12 weeks a long with British Dispensary pink 5 mg thai anabol tabs 30 mg a day for 4 weeks. It was a pretty nice intro to gear. Learned about wet compounds and water retention real quick. Learned about AI & Serms. Really put on some size and felt awesome and euphoric while on that cycle. I would run a cycle then go natty for 8 months. Then do a cycle or two. Then go natty and lift again for a year. Then stop lifting for six months. Then start again for six months then stop for 8 Months etc... Started lifting in my second year of high school and continued off and on ever since. Now it's all about low dose 200-350 max with an oral here and there. I'm on TRT year @ 150 mg week per doctors orders. But usually run 200 week until 4 weeks before labs are due. Use the occasional Sarms and peptides as well. I'm disgusted with Pinnacle, because I was told they were legit and gtg. I wasted money, could have just lit two hundred dollars on fire and accomplished the same thing.

please start a new thread with your log journal diary, add training food and cardio and history and we will follow and support you bro :)

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
We have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

in body: write your planned cycle or cycle you doing now, your diet, training and we will help you along on your cycle
