honestly its something to use after a andro cycle in double the dose to maybe hold onto some of your gains, but overall no......haha dont waste your money if anything go to the vitamin shoppe and get there methoxy tech....take 2 2times a day and thats the only product that works in my mind. Or if you really want methoxy stuff that works.....Biottest methoxy 7....double the dose and that stuff hardens ya up good...and hold gains pretty well from what ppl tell me.
