Pilates?

Exactly. I love it...I started my return to weight training with yoga and pilates...after a few months, I felt my core muscles were strong enough to support my spine in the weight room (I'm in my late thirties and don't wish to herniate anything, thanks). I continue to take a class twice a week.
 
I took 1 class to see if I liked it, which I did but didn't want to commit to a schedule. It was harder than I thought but I enjoyed it.

It felt to me as if I was getting my stretching in & having fun and it was different than the usual cardio & weight routine.
 
Its just that I haven't worked out normally in almost a year. I feel so weak its ridiculous! I'll start out with some pilates videos, then as soon as I feel stronger and more comfortable, I'll get back into my weight-training. ;)
