I do them almost daily. They help you with balance and flexibility, but don't do too much for building or cardio if that is what you are looking for. You will definitly feel them work, but by the time you feel it, you are off to the next move. I do them in the morning to wake up. It is basically like an aerobics class and a yoga class in one... They help reach muscles that you wouldn't get to with free weights, but again, aren't going to build them, just strengthen and stretch.
