Ok, ok, I'll be sure to smile real nice next time :D

As far as being a newbie - I've lifted on and off casually since I was 16 or so. I'm 34 now. I would work out for a few months, hit a plateau, and give up for a few months. Throughout that time I usually weighed about 185 (with a higher % bodyfat than now).

My workout back then consisted of mostly benches, with occasional squats or chins thrown in.

This is the biggest and strongest I've ever been, especially my legs and back.

Those improvements are impressive bro. Very noticeable difference in the before and afters. Great work!

The difference in your pecs and, especially, delts is VERY nice indeed! You look like a totally different lifter there.

I also think those wheels'll be squatting more than 225 when you get around to testing them :)

Keep gaining man. Even if at some point you gotta "chub" a little bit, it'd be better to keep those PRs coming and diet for a short while later.

Dang dude, that is a lot more mass. Big diffrence and congrats!

Also, I'm with guldukat don't worry about the chub man, a little helps ya grow, just keep hitting the ab work and you will see them through it...
