You obviously gained a lot of mass, with very little bodyfat increase! How did your lifts improve.. and what are they now??
 
I have the same waist issues ... stick in a day or two of cardio early morning and it'll keep it from getting worse as you keep putting the size on.

Thanks, rev. My strength has gone up some:

feb bench 225x4
jul bench 245x6

feb deadlift 275x1
jul deadlift 335x1

feb squat 225x3
jul squat Unknown (haven't tested it lately - working on form)

My deadlift and squat form is terrible... when I get them figured out, I expect my numbers to go up :)

pullups at 175 bodyweight=10
pullups at 207 bodyweight=10
 
Were you ever at this weight before, or this is the first time?
 
Love that game face! :) Awesome improvement, especially your shoulders, traps, and pecs. Overall much thicker. Hopefully I'll be able to post similar improvements in 3 or 4 more months (if I ever get over this sickness).
