dballistic New member Jul 9, 2003 #12 I have the same waist issues ... stick in a day or two of cardio early morning and it'll keep it from getting worse as you keep putting the size on.

My strength has gone up some: feb bench 225x4 jul bench 245x6 feb deadlift 275x1 jul deadlift 335x1 feb squat 225x3 jul squat Unknown (haven't tested it lately - working on form) My deadlift and squat form is terrible... when I get them figured out, I expect my numbers to go up pullups at 175 bodyweight=10 pullups at 207 bodyweight=10
