if you say you're 190, then i believe you. you just don't LOOK like you're 190. like others have said. not saying it's IMPOSSIBLE that you weigh that much, it's just you don't look it.
anyway, i'll give you some criticism(even though you're not a bb, but i assume you posted your pics to get some critiques):
- you should focus more on your chest and back
- your arms seem to be in good shape, espec tris (relative to the rest of your body)
- overall you have a decent physique
- oh yeah, those fat scale things suck, get a set of calipers (even though they're far from 100% accurate), i'd say you're around 10%. maybe 9.
