thats the thng everyone looks at my upper body and cant believe how much i weigh with out even thinking about my lower body.

you think it could also be muscle density? ppl with more dense muscle wouldnt it weigh more?
 
bone density, bone weight, muscle density yea could be huge factor, and the fact that you can parallel squat 350, you obviously have muscle on legs. Whatts scary is you're 190 but your bodyfat is about 10%! and at 5'8 and 190 10% bodyfat for some people its genetic limit!

because when i use some fat scale they say i am around 15-20.
im thinner now like i said im sick the other day i was 175.

but gaining and dropping weight has always been easy for me. in the summer i gained 13 pounds with eas.

and i do not take any drugs, im not any diet (yet).

thriller, you're looking good. However I have to say, you are no where close to 190lbs. No offense or anything but judging from those pics... I don't think you'd even be 160 lbs soaking wet.

lolololololol. i dont understand how it is so hard to believe? well i was 190 in those pics. i dont think i can prove it to you guys over the net.
are you guys taking the size of my legs and bone density and all that other stuff into consideration?
 
if you say you're 190, then i believe you. you just don't LOOK like you're 190. like others have said. not saying it's IMPOSSIBLE that you weigh that much, it's just you don't look it.
anyway, i'll give you some criticism(even though you're not a bb, but i assume you posted your pics to get some critiques):
- you should focus more on your chest and back
- your arms seem to be in good shape, espec tris (relative to the rest of your body)
- overall you have a decent physique
- oh yeah, those fat scale things suck, get a set of calipers (even though they're far from 100% accurate), i'd say you're around 10%. maybe 9.
 
thanks sagat. ya i understand that it looks like im not 190 (i wish i wasnt i would have less weight to carry up to the basket on me). for me to lie about my wieght well i think is idiotic. how am i suppost to get an honestly oppinion if i lie.

ya my arms are good size. i never isolate them. they grow really quickly. i try and consentrate my on my chest. my back was huge before this year. i wanted to lose some wiehgt there and i did. i only do compond movements so my amrs get worked from that.
