i had a little fat in this pic due to just coming off sort of a bulking diet.

my states in the picture were. 16, 5'7", 190 something, unnone body fat.
i dont know what my vertical is but i can dunk off two feet and one.

im not body building but i just wanted to see what everyone thought of my physic.

so please give your opinion
 
you are more like 160 at that height, not 190. But looking cut
 
na man i am. my upper body just isnt that big. my lower body is big. i admit i dont look that much weight but i am i dont know where it is going.
i dont work on my upper body all that much, im mostly genetic there. i kill my lower body though.

i look even more cut i just lost 15 lbs of fat and some muscle. i got a virus (shingles). i think that must be part of it.
 
pretty lean and cut, one day I will be like that :)
I can see why you have a good power to weight ratio.
For me personally I want to explode and sky when I'm fatter, so when I'm lean, look out ;)

Are you really married at 16? :confused:

na im not married colcoolj. i just say that cuz iv been with my girl for so long. she sorta looks liek the girl in your avatar. anywaz.

vert training is going ok. like i said im sick right now so im not training. but im going to start a new strength training program after i get this virus gone. i dont want to start plyos when its unnessicairy to because ball season isnt for awhile. also my base isnt as stronge as i want it to be. i coul prolly rip off a 350 squat maybe just passed parallel.

i dont know why i weigh so much. the weight is somwhere,

maybe in my ass. its really starting to stick out.
 
o sorry guys my hight is more like 5'8". i gained an inch over the summer. (i really need some more height):mad:
 
i always wondered too why guys with upper body much bigger than me weigh the same (close to 200). Either its because they have lower bodyfat or they dont do deadlifts and squats, legs and ass carry a lot of muscle too. If you read louie simmoms he says that average lifter adds 40 lbs of muscle mostly in trunk and lower body while doing westside
