at my gym, before they remodeled, they had something similar like that but your chest was supported with a bench. it obviously isnt the same machine, same mechanics though, but what are the differences between the two?

when u have the bench like that i think its better for your back cause u can really concentrate the movement, when ure standing and using heavy weights its easy to begin moving to much and using legs and other musles aswell, but i love the T- Bar and i do it with or without bench,
