Pics of my short term progress

Some pictures of my progess over the last 92 day. As you can see from the first picture. Picture 1 is day 1 (I laugh ever time I see this picture). Picture 2 day 60, and picture 3 day 92. I have looked like day 92 most of my "young" adult life around my late twenty's I just let myself go. So I decided to do something about it now 34 and feeling much better about myself

Comments welcome and would like to know what your thoughts on my BF% are: Want to get to 7 or 8 % in the next 30 days or so

I really just try and eat very clean while cycling my carbs. Normal day for diet looks like:

Wake-up: 6 egg whites 4 turkey bacon, 1 serving oat meal
Snack: Fruit, and 2 scoops whey
Prework: 1 serving oat meal: 1 scoop whey about 30 minutes before gym time
After workout: Creatine some type of carb, most of the time oat meal…lol
Lunch: 2 – 4oz chicken breast, cup of mixed veggies, brown rice
Snack: Fruit, peanut butter, 2 scoops whey
Dinner: at least 8 to 10 0z of lean meat, veggies, and type of whole grain carb

I don’t look at the numbers I just have high, low, and no carb days rotated through the week and eating as much protein as I can.
Cycles: Just started a cycle on Monday, 500mgs of Sus 1-14, 60mgs of anavar 7 -14… We will see what happens.

Wasnt on a cycle until now. Wanted to diet down before I started
 
Good progress, but you should stay off the juice until you build up more on your frame I'm just being honest not hypocritical. (:

you will look Awsome on your next run which should be dedicated to basic lifts and clean bulking

I'm kind of w/ you on this one, but (you knew that was coming) I set out w/ a goal. I obtained a cycle that I wanted to run, but promised myself I wouldnt even consider it unless I put in the dedication to get where I "NEEDED" to be to start. And if I didnt meet that goal then I would get rid of the cycle. So I put this goal in place to be reach in 90 days.
I cant break a promise to myself so I have to run this cycle, lol

During this I am following what OMEGA stated .... Now I am dedicated the basic lifting and clean bulking
 
Very well done and wise not to use gear during the cut. Now your body should react very well to the gear when you use it for it's purpose, building.

This is a great example for the new guys, especially this time of year when people want to use gear to cut when they don't have much LBM to begin with.

Congrats bro, you deserve a huge cheat meal.

I know it would hard to tell from a picture, but what bf% would you guess I'm at? Going to get checked next week

Yeah, what? Do you think I was walking around w/ my shirt off when I looked that way in picture one, lol. Hell, I had to wear a bra because of all the fat in my chest. So I wasnt worried about tanning, lol

Anything is possible if you just stay dedicated and put your heart, soul, and guts into it. Great progress! I know you will apply the same dedication to your new cycle. Expect to look incredible.

Wow.. what a transformation.. You're ready for the beach and have nothing to be ashamed of anymore. All that hard work will be worth it. If you don't get laid 20 times this summer it's not because you don't look good just means you don't have game.
 
Looking good bro, and your you did the right thing by getting nice and lean before you start; however, remember that on cycle if you are trying to gain mass you are going to have to up your cals and cut down on the cardio. Remember, you can always cut down later if you like but don't panic when you put on a little body fat during cycle.
 
Ha! I think this is great. Someone who eats well and works out with dedication. Then once they get to a good level they add gear to their routine! Spot on.

how many cals, protein, carb, fats is this diet? I suck at counting this stuff so sorry and thank you in advance!
