hey guys,
as you know, i am taking pics once a month, and am poosting them here. hopefully ill make progress from month to month. my girfriend is also doing it. here are some pics. well have updates of our bods around the 11th of every month. this pic was taken dec 15 and she weighs 160 lb in the pic.
