As most of the ol members know, I am all natural for teh past 13 years. I am going to do my first cycle soon, but I wanted to see how big I could get natural.


Let me know what you think?

6'0" 220lbs
50% BF HAHAHA

18" arms
27" thighs
16" calves
Chest unsure?
Waist...well let's not talk about it.

I am the biggest and strongest I have ever been. I just did 405 on the flat bench for 5 reps. I inclined 365 for 4 after my flat.

I have been on creatine and protein(240grams a day).

ALSO THIS IS THE FATEST I HAVE EVER BEEN...I HATE IT.

My friends say once i hit the D-BOL and SUS250...I will explode.

I just plan on doing 25mg of D-bol a day for 6 to 8 weeks...uping the dose to 30mgs on the final week. NOV and Clomid will be worked in accordingly. I train hard every time I am in the gym, so I know my gains will not drop much. My post cycle will be creatine to help keep the gains.

I will post the pics after my first MILD CYCLE.

I know it is dark, but you get hte jist of it.

I have been studying steroids for the past 10 years. I have seen the long term ABUSE, and I have seen the long term USE. I am not going to do some crazy ass cycle to lose everything in a week after my cycle. I am going to stick with mild amounts for the next year or so. Then lay off...
 
i remember reading awhile ago you were pumped you got 315 for 8 on bench just wondering how you increased it to 405 for 5 because thats a huge jump even for someone on juice just wonderin how you did that natural
 
I am 1/4 Japanese. My mother has a bigger face. I am assuming I got it from her?

thanks for the input...now I am scared when it comes time for a cycle that my face might pop?

GREAT...well I will try not to gain too much water weight.

As a kid I had a fat face and a ROUND head. I had a feeling that i would gain some weight in my face when I satrted putting on some pounds...Well, shit I tried to play it off like it wasn't fat....but it is

My bench has always been strong.

I went through a phase of not gaining anything on my bench. I changed everything dramaticaly. I started doing a lot of forced reps...adding a spotter helped tons. I forgot what it was like to have a spotter. HE has helped me to increase my max...I THANK HIM.
 
WEll, ,y spotter said he did not help me with the reps at 405...but I wonder. HE might just be trying to help out my ego(something I do not have). But he said I did it 5 times.

My past workout for chest use to be 225 2 sets of 12

275 8 to 10 times...315 X 8

Then 365 for 8 forced reps. I did that to help increase my chest size and strength. Like I aid having a spotter has helped a lot.
