Looking at the last pic bro, I would estimate you about 15%, 200 ibs, 210 tops. Let's be honest here about stats. Your diet looks ok, too many people obsess about micronutrient ratios. As long as your protien is high, you eat clean (clean meaning food that isn't processed) and you burn more calories than you take in you should lose bodyfat while sparing muscle tissue. I would go with t3 and lots of tren. You don't need as much t3 as alot of guys use either, one tab in the morning and another around noon should be enough for most people. You'll maintain all of your mass, and burn bodyfat fairly rapidly, for pennies a day. Just get used to sweating 24-7. If you have problems running the tren without test, 50 mg of proviron a day works wonders, plus it might help harden you up a bit more and should be easy to obtain for 50 cents a tab or less.
