Picroliv alone didn’t solve liver issues

so I used picroliv supplement and it didn’t do enough to help with my liver numbers.
My current AST is at 88 after my steroid cycle. It was at 102 previously before using picroliv.
It’s way too high I need to get the number cut in half from here to get it back into range
what would you recommend I use to help with this in terms of a supplement that will do the job?

picroliv alone wont do it
you need tudca and a lot more
use n2guard it has it all
