Picking a good Multi

what should i look for in a multi vitamin, and what specific ones are preferred?

Give this some serious consideration, I know alot of people rightaway have to mention some multi-vitamin from some bodybuilding supplement site, however, there are places outside of the bodybuilding world that do make good products. I've been lifting for over 25 years and the best multi-vitamin I've ever found comes from PURITY PRODUCTS.
