Photo shoot in 2 weeks. Flame away bros.

O.K. first off I try as hard as I can to get bigger but it's very hard. Photo shoots aren't my main income but they pay some house notes. Keep in mind I am not in a bodybuilding show, but this is for a photo spread. Thanks bros. Flame away.

2 weeks out from Photo Shoot. NEED ADVICE. (post #1)

I am 7 weeks into the Crumcake/Keto/homemadelowcarb diet.

I have 2 more weeks before a photo shoot. Please give me any criticisms (good or bad) on what you see and more importantly diet and/or tips and tricks to do before photo shoot.

My diet has been as follows.
Carbs under 100 ED
Protein over 200 ED

This week I started to keep carbs under 50 ED cut out dairy and sodium.

I have heard many things like don't eat or drink 24 hours before photo shoot and then workout 3 hours before shoot and consume lots of carbs and protein immediately following workout.

I have also started taking tamaxofin for fluid.

I am considering the Prep H thing to rid more water. Anything else? Comments? Questions?
P.S. Remember this is for photo shoot, not bodybuilding. I try to gain size but I am the classic skinny fuck (Ectomorph I think it's called).

Is your fat intake high? It doesn't sound like you are eating much at all. That amount of carbs and porotein is only 1200kcal daily.
You look like you will be ready though bro. Easily.

Thanks for all the input so far. I'm afraid as some of you have said that I probably am not eating enough. I eat at least 6 or 7 times a day but it's mostly protein. Egg whites, tuna, chicken breast, hamburger, steak, etc. but its seems like I'm hungry in like 2 hours. And this diet has drained all my energy.

Here are my stats and a typical daily food intake.

5'11"
173 lbs.
BF% not sure but last year when I did this it was at 6.5%
35 Years old

6 a.m. 16 oz water, coffee, Clenbuterol
45 minutes cardio on empty stomach
7 a.m. 3 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 1 slice turkey breast, water
9 a.m. 1 cup oatmeal with 1 tablespoon peanut butter
11 a.m. 1 can tuna, water, ECA
11:30 protein shake
lunch workout
1:30 post workout shake with creatine
3 p.m. chicken breast
5 p.m. protein bar or protein shake
7 p.m. steak, salad, water, ALA
9 p.m. cottage cheese

That's typical to almost every day.

I'm not sure about fasting the day before and eating 2 hours before the shoot. I'm trying to treat it the same as a bodybuilding contest. Any suggestions or experience on that anyone?
Also, how about fluid pills and/or Prep H before.

can't see the pic yet, but the only thing i see wrong there is you shouldn't be taking clen and an ECA at the same time. otherwise u eat fucking great, i'm trying to do almost the same exact shit. i would say mix in a tablespoon of flax seed oil or udo's oil in there, it's good fat that u need to burn fat. also traxatone worked well for me before i went to vegas, lost like 15 lbs of water weight just before i left, good times

Do you remember how far out you took the taraxatone and how much of it?


Yeah oneandthesame, it says that the it's exceeded the download limit. I just went delete a couple of pictures to see if it will help but it won't reset again for about 30 minutes I think. I didn't realize that would happen or else I would have just put 2 or 3 pics.

Good suggestions. Keep bringing them.
 
i would say go to GNC right now and get it, cause i think it's a 12 day process, but i took it a bit different then the bottle says so i could stretch it to 2 weeks

let me just say you have an awesome physique, you are 35 year old man with a body of a 20 year old! i like your chest; you have a nice balanced look with that seperation. you capped delts gives great size illusion. and your abs are outta this world!

keep doing what your doing, and keep us updated, ill be dieting soon and i need the motivation.

damn you look like my twin (you have better abs though right now) and your old. hehe :D

only thing I can not fiq. out is your one inch taller and I am 20 pounds heavier and you look as swole as me, my back is more of a bodybuilders and my arms are bigger, but either way you look insane and bigger then 173

Maybe eat some more healthy fats but other than that your diet is great. Um, that's about it really. You are not going for a ketosis diet here are you? Your lack of energy is due to lack of carbs.
 
THANKS!!! Damn you guys are pumping me up to run back to the gym now (I just got back from morning cardio).

Thanks Japanese Machine, sometimes my joints and muscles don't recoup like a 20 year and I feel it.

HighIntensity, that is VERY common. Most people guess my weight between 180 and 195 right off the bat. No one ever says under 180. I have to get on the scale to prove it to them. I think I have good muscle structure and such a small waist and bf% that it is an optical illusion. I also think my bones are hollow (hahaha).

creep, I am very fortunate with my job. I am on salary and have to work lots of nights and weekends so they basically don't care what time I come in, how long my lunch lasts, or how often I go to the kitchen and snack (I tell them I am hypoglycemic, which I am).

troybday, I actually had started the fluid pills already, just wasn't sure on how long it takes to kick in.

Thanks again to everyone. Damn you guys got me amped and motivated. The site "locks down" because it keeps exceeding the download limit. It is a combination of me posting too many pictures and lots of views on it. Sorry for those who keep hitting it at the wrong time. I will try to pull some of the pics off of it.

Hey man I don't know what kind of a shoot it is but you look like you're ready already bro. Good job.

The one thing about your dieting I don't get is that one meal at 9 a.m. where it's just oatmeal and PB. There should be protein in there, in EVERY meal. And also rather than having carbs at just one meal spread it out a little bit, like a few whole wheat crackers or nut with every meal, not just one slug of oatmeal once a day. Of course A.M. and immediately before and after w/o are the times to have higher carb intake.

Anyways you look great, keep it up.

thanks jon, i should have said that my post workout shake has carbs also. but yeah, you're right, i think i'm just a creature of habit.

georgie, i'm going delete some of the pics now to see if that eliminates the exceeding download limit problem.

Thanks a lot Hacker. I'm busting my ass and this diet is a killer. It SUCKS! But hey, nothing that's worthwile comes easy or else everyone would be doing it. Can't wait until this is over so I can EAT some good old carbs again.

I will try to post a couple of the pics from the shoot after I get them.

Thanks again to everyone on Elite for all of the help, information and encouragement over the past 2 years. 10 years of dedicated bodybuilding brought me to a certain level but I don't think I would have gotten any farther without the knowledge gained here.
 
O.K., update - carb depleted for about 48 hours. No dairy for past week, water only. Zero carbs past 24 hours, zero fluid intake past 12 hours. Lost 4 pounds. Took fluid pills last 7 days. Did pyroxidine and the Prep-H thing and I must say I look VERY ripped and tight this morning. I will hit a good all around workout and then slam some complex carbs to fill my muscles and then take pics this afternoon. This shit is almost over! WHEW!

I got the GNC brand. It was something like Optibolix Super Water Pill or something like that. The guy at GNC told me that the GNC brand was the same ingredients as the taraxotone but just to up the dosage. It worked good. I carb and H20 depleted before the shoot. I took the water pills for a week before the shoot (which was yesterday). Some of the test shots were shot on digital camera so I got to see some of them yesterday. I think I looked too lean. I actually think I should have kept something in me and I would have looked a lot fuller. Starting Sunday evening I lost 6 pounds before the shoot yesterday. 6 pounds looks like a lot on me. But I looked WAY shredded. Stupid shredded. I actually think I looked better on Monday and today because I was still lean but muscles were full.

That brings me to another subject. Check out my thread I'm about to post concerning Bodyfat percentage.
