Sorry maing. Been super busy these last two weeks. Rent is expensive. Then factor in my costs of living/going out/eating/traveling/managing my portfolio and I'm not walking away with much. I don't have a car anymore so no insurance and $500/mth costs. NYC is expensive, no doubt. I'm sure $2500/mth will go a LONGGGG way in SD.
