The place is tight. I actually debated on getting a 1BR. It'll have an exposure on Manhattan, from the Empire State, uptown. I ton of light in the morning. Very nice indeed. If I pull the trigger, I'll post pics. I'll be paying more for monthly rent then my parents are in a two story, 4000 sqft in Coral Gables, FL.

dude, seriously, I know you have a good job and all, but how is that affordable? over 30,000.00 per year in rent alone??? so there goes 50,000.00 off your gross right there... so even if you make 100,000K you are paying 50% of it in RENT?sawastea said:Lestat,
