Hello gym community πŸ˜€

I’m excited to officially begin my health and wellness journey with True Blue Peptides. My main focus is getting myself back on track, improving my overall wellbeing, recovery, energy, body composition and performance, while creating a consistent routine that I can commit to.
For this current protocol, I’ll be running:
SS-31 β€” 2mg daily
MOTS-C β€” 2mg daily
Retatrutide β€” 3mg weekly
GHK-Cu β€” 2.5mg daily
HGH β€” 2 IU daily, pre-bed
I’m looking forward to documenting my journey and tracking how I feel over time. My focus won’t just be on physical changes, but also on important things like energy, sleep, recovery, training performance, appetite, wellbeing and how consistently I can maintain a healthy routine.
This is the start of a new chapter for me, and I’m genuinely excited to see where this journey with True Blue Peptides takes me. I’ll be sharing regular updates and honest feedback as I progress.
Let’s get the health, wellness and performance back on track @True-Blue-Peptides πŸ’™πŸ’ͺ🧬

Update:

Reta has killed my appetite so that's definitely worked a treat and definitely a quality product πŸ™‚

Ss-31 decided to do 5mg per day for 6 weeks and then have a break - so far within the first week I have already noticed a significant increase in overall energy output and drive when doing runs or a quick gym session

Ghk-cu: appears to have helped slightly with face complexion, or could be totally placebo at this stage I'm not sure but definitely appears to have improved my face complexion already

Mots c: definitely a huge noticable increase in energy output shortly after administering the shit

Be good to see how I go mid this week when I really dislike my cardio and weight sessions in :)

GHK-Cu is one of the few on that list where you can actually see whether it is working, the skin changes turn up well before anything else does.
