The best method is also the most time consuming.
It is the daily 15-30 minute exercises that you need to do to the penis. It is just like working out your penis. It does work and at the very least, you will have better and longer erections. At the very best, you can see 1-2" length and 1-2" girth improvements in 3-6 months.
The best part is that it is pretty much permanent as long as you keep masterbating or having sex on a regular basis.
