R Rockafella Skank New member Jan 25, 2002 #8 Pistachios and cashews rule. Just be careful of the sodium. I've gotta watch myself with cashews ... I'll eat them by the pound. Cashews are also slightly higer in carbs than other nuts. Macadamia nuts are also great.
