I absolutely cannot handle whey protein powder it doesn't number on my stomach and gives me diarrhea
I was wondering if pea protein was worth it
I was reading and heard it tastes terrible
I can't deny that real food is the idea way to go. If I needed the extra protein, which I don't cause chicken and steak is great, I would avoid soy and maybe try Casin or one of the other animal type proteins.
