sunflower seeds and cashews are great when Im bulking but i like them better with salt, and sodium is a no no while cutting, the all natty SF PB is the best tasting shit when it comes to dieting. Once I have 1 tbsp I have these visions of PB&J sandwiches dancing around, drives me crazy. I usually try to get 2 tbsp in with at least 3 of my meals including my before bedtime shake.
