How much natty PB do you eat while dieting? I cant seem to get enough. I try keeping it to 2 tbsp per meal but it is so hard.
 
I can't keep PB in the house anymore. It's just too dangerous. I find myself walking by the fridge and sweeping a finger full here and there, and that stuff is so caloricaly dense a few swipes will add about 400 calories to my daily totals.
 
I used to have the same problem that JG1 has, but since I threw out the SF Smuckers I have been able to eat it again. I have about 3 tbs per day at separate meals. I am an Almond butter addict right now.

hehe right now im a sunflower seed addict :) cashews are good too, like 5 g's carbs and 3 of them are fiber!!

I get Sunflower butter sometimes:) Very good.
 
Macadamia nuts are the shit.....seems like they have lots of fat in them too, because they are like soft and oily....
 
I had to stop eating peanut butter because mine is suicidal. If I go into the jar intending to get a tablespoonful, half a cup jumps on the spoon. I cannot in good conscience be a party to kamikaze PB.
 
sunflower seeds and cashews are great when Im bulking but i like them better with salt, and sodium is a no no while cutting, the all natty SF PB is the best tasting shit when it comes to dieting. Once I have 1 tbsp I have these visions of PB&J sandwiches dancing around, drives me crazy. I usually try to get 2 tbsp in with at least 3 of my meals including my before bedtime shake.

LOL.......i get like 4 scoops per jar. i throw that in my morning protien shake. funny thing is all natural PB has a lot of calories but i can go through a jar every 2-3 days and not gain weight/fat. i don't use flaxseed oils or other fats when i'm taking in 32 grams of fat at a time from pb
 
truth be told i've stopped buying nat pb now.
I cant help myself with that stuff :rolleyes:

it's been 4 weeks now since i ate it but my weekly pics are showing only good things :D
 
I go through 5 pounds of peanutbutter in a week i have 3-4 maybe 5 tbsp in each meal besides my second one.

i eat about 5-6 pb and honey sandwhiches a day ( snacks)

It's very reassuring to know that I'm not the only one standing in my kitchen, violating the PB jar with little more than a spoon.

ya know i feel so much better reading this thread because ive been addicted to pb ever since i started training and eating healthy sometimes i eat a whole jar in a sitting but ive cut it down to half a jar it all starts with one taste or thinking about a pb sandwhich then while make the sand i go to town its like the energizer bunny i keep going then feel so guilty ive gone a whole week without buying pb but now that i read this thread im going to get some now I CANT WAIT
 
I have been eating PB like a champ lately, my Bf is about 6% (skinfold), I'm not trying to get lean it's just happening. I bet I am getting close to 100g's of PB fat a day, but I am still getting leaner. When I grow up I want to be just like PB!
