I was shot down last time I proposed raw eggs in a shake-- something about the protein not being fully absorbed (as if any protein is FULLY absdorbed-- according to Franco Columbu, eggs have one of the highest assimilations for protein--%86). I did it with Eggology- even cooked they are great. Still not sure about the word on this though. Just remember to take your enzymes with it --or fresh pineapple/kiwi, so that you digest more and better.
