Patrick Arnold: 1-ad Questions - Please Read!

Sorry about that headline, I know it's probably not that good for business, but I'm noticing my hairloss way too much now. I'm 18 years old and I've got one more day to my 1-AD cycle, which was 2 bottles @ 4 pills a day for a month. I was very impressed with the strength increases (and the pumps!) and I can honestly say this is much better than any supplement I've put my money into, as far as the actual results. I'm still getting the tiredness/eye itch, but that's not what's bugging me most. It's the hairloss! I never had any problems with hairloss before, and although it's not terrible, it's definitely noticeable!

My question for you is this: what do you advise for me to do post-cycle?

Should I take finasteride?

Should I take tribulus to get my balls going hard again? (they did shrink although very slightly).

How long will it take after the last pill for the 1-AD to completely exit the system (with regard to suppression of endogenous test production . . . how long after my last pill should my blood level of 1-AD drop past the therapeutic and suppressive stages to a stage where it doesn't do anything to the body anymore?)

And finally, is 1-AD detectable in the urine by common steroid metabolite tests, and if so, how long will it take to clear?

Thanks for the great product! Well worth the $80 for being able to rep my old maxes on squat and bench 3 to 4 times! In the past month, my squat has gone from about 400 to 450 (projected) and my bench has gone from 315 to 355 (projected).

bump this...........and if PA is really checking these boards, can you explain why people seem to be having "discharge" while taking 1-AD and then it stops after use is discontinued. It sounds like people are having mild kidney stones(i am not implying that they are but the description is similar to that of a stone but much less painful). i am very interested in trying 1-AD but the idea of small solids passing thru my kidneys and ureter does not sound like fun or very healthy. Especially of concern with me is that this granules are visible to the naked eye. any response, patrick arnold, on this would be great and much appreciated.

It is a given that some people will experiance things that others wont, for whatever reasons. Its still a new product and I think we will learn more as more people take it. You can believe that some people have discomfort during urination, and some people dont.

If you want to try the product then just go into it as that, Trying it. If you take it with food, drink plenty of water, which is gallons a day, and it hurts to pee, then you must decide if it hurts too much or if its tolerable, and based on the affects you can choose to keep taking it or not.

Your body is converting the testosterone into high levels of dht that is why your hair is falling out. Finasteride is expensive and requires a prescription. you can try 320 mg of saw palmetto and see if it helps! clomid works a lot better then tribulus, but once again it requires a prescription.

For the hair, buy some nizoral shampoo. Avoid the finasteride if you can, it has side effects

1-AD leaves the body in a couple of days, but suppression may take 2-4 weeks to complete abate. But don't worry, that does not necesserially mean that you will crash in that time. Just keep diet and lifestyle good

1-AD can make you test positive for DHT and boldenone, and possibly nandrolone if traces of nor get in it (which is possible)

I have never heard of this from anyone else and i have talked to hundreds about 1-AD. I have seen cloudy urine myself throughout my life from time to time and I don't know the cause or whether it is of any significance at all. I am not prepared to take these one or two reports from anonymous people and pronounce that 1-AD causes kidney stones.

Alright, Pat, thanks for the advice. I'll look into the nizoral shampoo. But I have one more question about the clearance of 1-AD: How long will it take for any of those metabolites (DHT, Boldenone, Nandrolone) to clear after cycle so that I'd come up clean on a test? Thanks again.

BTW, been off for four days, and my strength is still going up! Benched 325 for 4 reps today; that's a projected max of 365. Up from 315 pre cycle. Damn I'm feelin' strong!

I can only speculate as to how long until the metabolites are undetectable in the urine. I guess it would take 3-5 days

What strength of Nizoral do you recommend (the 1% OTC or the prescription 2%)? Also, I read on the nizoral shampoo website that the shampoo is for dandruff management, and expressly NOT for hairloss. What gives? Thanks once more.

And metabolites for nandrolone are supposedly in your sytem for as long as 18 months. Yes I realize you are an expert on this, but it appears to be common knowledge that norandros/nandorlone tend to stay in your system longer and are easier to detect. I would like to hear your response to this.

Are you guys drinking enough water? I did heavy cycles of it and while I had the tired eyes, I never had a problem with my urinary tract. But I drink close to a gallon a day.
NEver had any sign of hair loss.


Drink more water people. If your working out you should be drinking a gallon a day anyways. Cut out all caffeine.

Simple precautions.

Stack 1-AD/with 4-AD Androspray. You'll thank me for it.

OUr QA is excellent. Unfortunately trace contamination with nor prohormones is completely unavoidable. The only way we could do that is if we bought a whole other factory and devoted it to nor production. That ain't gonna happen.

nandrolone metabolites stick around no longer than testosterone metabolites. The only difference is the urine detection of nor is ultrasensitive so extremely small amounts of metabolites show up as positive. In addition, when it is administered as the decanoate ester small amounts tend to store in fat and get released slowly over time.

Okay-I'll buy that. I know nothing about mass producing supplements so this sounds reasonable. I have heard of athletes (1 or 2 cases) testing positive for nandrolone or norandros and they were able to successfully prove that they ate tainted energy bars. I find hard to believe that a supp company would use the same mixing vats for andros and energy bars. Anyway I'd guess the the trace contamination is minute.

From my knowledge of the subject I would make the educated guess that for 1-AD and 4-AD you would be fine after a week. This has never been demonstrated in the real works however to my knowledge however
