Partial Recovery

I'm 23 and here are my bloods 12 weeks after my 2nd cycle with a clomid 100/50/50/50 pct:

Test, serum: 547

LH: 5.9

FSH: 4.9

Estradiol: 30.0

I still feel fairly run down and not up to par. Should I wait it out or do another pct with nolva and clomid?
