I am a seasoned vet and a personal trainer but I do not have an answer for this one. The past week or so I'll get this muscle soreness or cramping in my arms. I thought it might be not taking in enough water. I stepped up the water intake but that wasn't it. Any ideas?
My biceps have been hurting near the elbows. I'd like to know what's up also. Skipped doing curls for one session, and just got back on them tonight. They felt a lot better, but I lost some strength. I have a theory that it's like your shoulders flaring up sometimes, only it can arrive in the biceps. I'm 6'3" with long arms, so this may have somethin to do with it.
