p90x

no good for bb'ing. just ok for indurence. total waste on cycle. any one with some size would lose it doing this.

I said this in my post above, but I did this running anavar and lost 9%BF and gain 7 soild pounds. So I wouldnt call it a waste by any means, but it is not for gaining its for cutting up. I went as heavy as I could while using the weights w/ the programs. I think I did both very well.

I am not pushing this, as I stated this was just something I tried for a new routine.

Pure hype. the promoters must have been in cahoots with each other. Most of the guys in that movie were wearing silcone "muscle suits." They all were wearing "ab makeup." And yeah, I'm sure some were just buffed guys on gear.

I never heard of p90 but nothing is new under the sun. Everything works. But personally, I do ZERO cardio. Never did, even pre contest. Biggest waste of time and energy for the bodybuilder.

Not sure where you got your information on the actors and extras in the movie 300, but you are absolutely incorrect.

I am personal friends with two of the trainers that worked day and night, side by side with these guys. There was no "muscle suits", "ab make-up", nor were any of the actors/extras on gear.

Under Gym Jones - Opinion:

"It appears everyone has an opinion about “300” and how the actors and stunt crew achieved the level of fitness – and consequentially, appearance – for the movie. I have read that it was all CGI, make-up, steroids, etc. However, no one has come right out and said, “those guys worked really hard and had the self-discipline to control what they put into their mouths.” Which is what I suggest: have the self-discipline to control what comes out of your mouth, especially if you are ignorant about the topic being discussed."

Validate YOURS. First of all, it's downright silly to say no one was on gear. How can you possibly know that? I've done some acting and know some of the tricks. Mike Myers did a bit recently where he wore a muscle suit. It was hilarious. It looked real! And it's so obvious the guys had their abs shaded with make up. I know you'd like to think you're a brilliant motivator and maybe you're a good trainer but you're wrong on this one.
