ok, this is some damn good, and damn easy chilli to make.
ingredients:
2lbs (give or take) of hamburger meat
2-3 cans of diced tomatoes (depending on how much you like tomatoes)
3 cans of various beans of your choice (pinto, red, navy, chilli, etc)
1 can of Ro*tel (it's diced tomatoes, chillis, onions, and seasoning)
1 package of taco seasoning
1 package of hidden valley ranch salad dressing mix
instructions:
brown the meat -> drain the fat -> add tomatoes, rotel, taco seasoning, ranch mix -> let simmer until no tomatoe chunks left -> add in beans -> simmer until beans become soft -> voila!
it's simple enough even for EF members.
try it out, and let me know what you think
