moya, my calves have always been a bastard. At least now i've gotten them bigger than my forearms. (they werent before this). Im very happy with the size of my upper legs, as it is now jeans suck to find. However, the cuts are not near as good as my upper body. I have several theories on this and a few weeks to figure it out. We'll see what i can do.
 
1-10 test-e 250mg twice a week
1-10 eq 200mg twice a week
1-4 katanadrol 150mg every day
4-10 provirone 25mg twice a day )
1-10 T-3 dose of 12.5mcg every day move up by 12.5mcg every 3 days till a max of 75mcg and taper back down week 9
2-4 clen 20mcg max dose of 120mcg
6-9 same as above

PCT
10-14 Clomid 25mg every day
10-14 Unleashed and post cycle 1 cap 3 times a day of each.
10-16 need2slin 1 cap 3 times a day 30 mins before meals ( T-3 PCT)

And this is the kinds of things I need to be talking to you about... you should not be tapering down at all right now. If anything you should be going up in dose bro.. jake that shit up to 125mcg a day bro and come in nice and tight... You can taper off after the contest and use a new product I got coming out called T-3-PCT :p

pete my man. Get with my monday and give me a call. I want to switch things up for you and pull a few tricks. We need to get you single digit bf% and pull a few tricks to bring out the striations in your legs which I see are lacking a bit. Also if you are willing to experament a little with me over the next week I got some shit called posing oil I got for you to try.. Will be injecting it right into different muscle groups to see how it works for you. This will bring out the peaks in your biecepts which I think you are also lacking in. You have great size right now and with a few more bf% shredded down you will look great but I really want to give you a peak on the cepts for pic day... So they look like mountain tops.

We can do the same with some muscle groups in the legs... Its a little form of tricker and ya ya some call it cheating but fuck da haters you are in it to win it right. All the prose use this stuff as apposed to synthanol which is permanent this stuff only last a few hours... Just enough needed to get on stage looking great then get off.

stuff for everyone in the contest but have only given weekly advice to a few. Although I have given tips to almost everyone as well. And then there was the one we will not mention who took her cry ass bitchy ball and went home with it... Ungrateful dutch bag that one was. I guess when you fail you have to find a way to blame some one other then your self.
 
needto your knowledge and products have definitely helped bring me to another level. when anyone sees your name in the title of the thread, they know that your the master mind behind whats going on. Your pointers to dial in my diet, supplemental information dosing and timing and lifting techniques have been spot on.
