Hi, I was wondering if anybody has had any experience with P-GH. Is it worth it? Also I am not too fond of the "breathing/dizzy" effect. How long does this last? Thanks in advance.

I've been on it for 4 weeks, 50ml X 2 ED, and havn't been able to ascertain any benefits yet. I've got another month's supply, and if I don't get anything by then, I'm gonna feel like a total fool for getting scammed.

The prickly feeling in the fingers (I also get it on my face) lasts just a few minutes, as does the shortness of breath. Nothing to be afraid of. Be more afraid of wasting your money.

Hit me up in another month and I'll give you my verdict.

Thanks for your input! Also, are you using it sublinguil or sub-q ?

Sub q. That's really the only way to take it. Digestive enzymes in your stomach will destroy GABA.
