Overtraining upper body ?

Hi.

I need to know this: I saw an article in Oxygen mag & wanted to give it a try. It's past time anyway to change my training.

This is what i do: I train bis, tris, delts on a tuesday. (Light) 4-5 sets 15-20 reps.

Then again train them on a friday. (Heavy) 3-4 sets. barely pushing out 6-8 reps.

I have noticed more fuller looking muscles and hardness. Training this way, rather than training upper body once every 7 days.

Is this ok to do ? or is this considered overtraining ?

I thought you were following the project?
 
Then are you following the project or no?

You are overtraining if you are sore & tired all the time.
 
There is no way anyone can say for sure that this would be overtraining. There is no set formula that dictates overtraining.

Every single person is different. Our bodies all handle stresses in different way, and in different amounts.

The only way you will EVER know if it works for you is to try it for 4-6 weeks straight, then check the results.

You SERIOUSLY need to pick a way of training and STICK WITH IT. You keep jumping around for one thing to another - this is stupid, pointmess, and a waste of time. You will NEVER EVER know what works for you until you set goals, and make a plan to reach them. Then STICK WITH that plan. Do not change it halfway through.
 
Have you noticed it is generally speaking easier for US (females) to get really cut and ripped on top .. BUT LEGS AND BUTT ARE SUCH WORK WORK WORK.. Ok I REALLY NEED THAT TANTRUM
