overtraining all time. will my body ever adapt it or will i die ?

I accept it i am an idiot i never learn from mistakes. this time i went too far and managed to hurt my infamous invincible legs . every time i am depressed i go to gym and torture myself. now i can barely walk and every muscle fiber in my leg hurts. what i did in order was

140 lbs 6x15 bent row
160 lbs 6 x 15 reps deadlift
120 lbs dumbell lunges 6x 8
500 ASS TO GROUND SQUATS ON EMPTY BAR 10x50 (this is the one that killed my joints)
200 knee kicks 300 high kicks
15 min of rope skipping
30 min of HIIT on cycling (10 sec intense 10 sec slow 30 min in total)
1 hour slow pace cycling
1 x 8 dragon flags
100 sit ups


i dont think i will be able to workout for at least 10 days . will my body every adapt it or will it kill me one day?
 
you would be able to get a lot bigger if you worked out a lot less. Common newb mistake. More is not better for ectos like you. You should only be lifting 2-3 days a week, eating a lot, sleeping a lot, doing limited cardio. IF you want to gain some serious muscle, that is.
 
What a clusterfuck, no wonder you dont get results from your workouts.
Pick a training routine style and stick with it.

That workout looks like something a meth addict would do.
 
My GOD is this routine for real???? I about passed out reading it, You must me taking a hell of a preworkout.....or meth like was said. There are many routines online, point and click. Any are better then this one.

this isnt my common workout i only do this when i am depressed. i am doing 5x5 + some isolation now. i am planning to do twice a week lifting from now on. i do this kind of suicide only few times a year but it seriously kills me

after 2 years of lifting i didnt gain any muscle for the last 1.5 years. i gained strenght though. currently i am just maintaining and preparing for a test cyle . i will perfect my diet and form until i have enough sustanon. would twice a week be enough when i am on 500 sustanon a week?
 
I'm a natural ecto and look at my avi. 6'2 170 lbs before I started. Got all the way to 247, and had I not screwed my shoulder twice, I could be 270 right now.

You know how many times per week I lift?

Eat more protein, and lay off the cardio. You're also eating a touch too many carbs. You should not be carrying that much BF given you are a natural broomstick.

You think taking juice will help when you haven't gained lean mass for 1.5 years and lifted 2 years total?

It just means your diet and training routine sucks balls.

how many years and how many cycles did it take to be like that? i dont think i can be like you unless i am on roids year round for 10 years. i eat too much to maintain i am too scared to lose muscle as it was so difficult to build it. my body loses strenght and muscle too quickly when i dont eat too much.

currenly my daily diet is :
1 pound red meat 1 pound chicken
mixed vegetable meal ( every vegetable that can be boiled in it around 10 kinds)
mixed cereals (every cereal avaliable around 20 kinds. whole and organic)
1 pound of fruits (grape pear apple banana mainly)
150 gr mixed nuts

whenever i eat less than 2 pounds of meat a day i lose strenght and muscle. i also have chrons disase i guess cant digest well. during cut i can only stop slow carbs (cereals) and lower nuts.that was the only way i could maintain muscle but low carbs kills my digestive system cant do it long time

3.5 years in total first 2 years of muscle gain + 1.5 years strenght gain only .

now i am 173 cm ( 5.8 inch)
76 kg ( 152 pounds)
24 years old

max lifting is :
deadlift 200 pounds for 5 reps
squat 220 pounds for 12 reps
bench 190 pounds for 5 reps

naturally my hand and upper body is too weak and my legs are good at endurance power and strenght. my legs dont even get sored i always stop because cant grap the bar anymore. i lift heaviest on Leg Extension - and -Leg Curl machines. i can run and cycle for many hours without getting tired but if i lift an emtpy bar using upper body only i get tired very quickly . 4 years ago before i started lifting empty bar for neck press was too heavy for me. just started to do squat and deadlift in the last 4 months because of 5x5

Or are you one of those guys that go to the gym to scream and put 400,000 lbs to do the halfway of the exercise...?

3.5 years? Those numbers aren't that good. Where's all this strength you said you were gaining the last 1.5 years??

Listen, it's tough with Crohn's. Your body is working against you much of the time. You need to figure out your diet. What works for you and what doesn't. It's going to be a lot of trial and error. Whatever foods makes the Crohn's flare up more, avoid them.

If eating that much food is what got you to where you are, and you're not gaining any more, then you should eat more. Also, for your training...you've only been doing 5x5 for 4 months? You need to do that or the 3x5 and stick to it. Don't add extra exercises or extra sets, or reps. Don't fucking add anything to it. Don't change it. Follow it. Those programs are all about PROGRESSION. If you are following the plan to progression, your numbers will go up.

Or just do what you're doing and stay skinny.

i didnt do leg machines for a very long time. i just told it to give you a clue about my strenght. thanks for the advice i will stick to 5x5 . deadlift and squat 3 times a week will be harsh though it takes a very long time to recover from those. i always go to gym with sore muscle when i am on purely 5x5
 
by the way if you wanna see something funny i have stupid video doing weird dance. i took it after 1.5 years of training. it was my fittest time and gain was too slow so i started dirty bulking since then and ended up with this high bf now. usually i dont show this video because its too embarrasing but i wont see any of you in real life so its ok :D

i deleted it but its there since i cant edit the advice :D advice taken bro. i am succesful just not lucky . things always get messed up and i dont know what the hell i am doing when i am depressed.its weird i was born in turkey but i have asian genetics culture and personality. i guess god is fucking with me all the time. not to mention i can speak chinese and japanese fluently
