Overseas... how reliable???

That 99% claim sounds familiar. I ordered a small order which got to me in like five days. My next order from the same company was much larger in which I had to use a money transfer. I didnt get my order for like two months and that was only because i sent them like a thousand e-mails, which they NEVER replied to.
My advice is only send what you can afford to lose, that is expect the worst hope for the best. Go domestic if at all possible. Prices are cheaper overseas, but you never know if you will get it.
