over the counter anti-estrogen?

Hey guys had a quick question about over the counter anti-estrogens......would they be as effective as some of the others like clomid and stuff like that....???

ergopharm has one called 6-oxo supposedly its an antiestrogen and i was just curious to see if anyone knew how effective it was or if its a bunch of crap.......thanks

None that I know of. If they were that effective they wouldn't be OTC.

High doses of zinc and vitamin e are supposed to be somewhat anti-estrogenic. I would not rely on over the counter supplements as my only anti-e though.
