More people look here so I am going to post this here.
I met this girl while helpping out at my buddies pizza place. She came in on business and my friend, the owner, wasn't there so I told her that I could get all the info and pass it on. While she finishes up business and we start chatting about motorcycles, where we are from and things like that. She ends up leaving and it isn't until after she leaves that I realize I should of asked her for her number or for some drinks. I end up calling my buddie to relay the work info and he says for me to take care of the rest of what needs to be done which entails me calling this girl up and finishing the deal. I call her and tell her and she says she can break an appointment to come in later that night. She comes in and we take care of the rest of the business, all the time having a conversation between my customers. Near the end, when I was getting ready to ask her out it gets busy. We are pretty much done with what we need to do and she stays standing there, luckily the guy who is supposed to releive me comes in and takes over. I get back to talking with her and ask her if she would like to go out for some drinks some night. She says yes and when I ask her for her number points out it's on the receipt. Through the converstation she tells me that tuesday she is going on a business trip and will be back friday. This all happened on friday the 18th. I was going to call her back after she got back from her trip but my friends said that was a bad idea (something I would normaly know but wasn't thinking). I called her monday night and talked to her. She still seemed intrested and made tentitive plans to go out on the 27th as long as she didn't end up going to Wisconsin with a friend for memorial day weekend (she made it sound like her friend had asked her but she wasn't sure if it was still going to happen). I asked her to call me when she got back in town to let me know if she was going to be around or not. I have not heard from her yet. I normaly don't leave messages but I called her once early in the day on sunday and then a second time to leave a message to give me a call. At this point I would normaly del. the number from my phone and forget about her except that she did seem genuinely intrested and she is the first woman I have met in a while who not only was physicaly attractive but was mentaly attractive as well. Even though I barely know her we seemed to click together, as much as you can with someone you just met. So what do I do? Do I keep being persistant and calling her, not what I would normaly do? If I should call, when should I(do I wait till the end of the week or call her now)? If I do and I get ahold of her do I just ask her out again or do I ask her why she didn't call or if she is even still interested? Do I just forget about the whole deal? Like I said, normaly I would just move on but something is telling me not to here. I hope you guys can give me some advice here.
