OTC HGH'S...Are they worth it?

Recently, I have seen many over the counter HGH type of catalysts. Do these Supplements have any effect that can help, or is that all propoganda. Is it worth stacking in my supplements, with my cycle....Please all and any ifo helps,. thanks, just thought i would bring it up .......
