Beef stick, made from ostrich......pretty low soium at only 15%% rda, low fat no sugar,carbs, fillers...........man, why dont we hear about these more often.....perfect addition to a meal....(or all meals....LOL!O)


also low sugar low carb myoplex and other bars.......perfect added clean cals!! Feels like cheatn!!!
