I have eaten Ostrich once and really enjoyed it only its not exactly widely available in ireland.

I've heard it's pretty lean, but where can you get it?

Probably only find it at a high end grocer, and will likely be frozen. I bet u can order it online. I bought 10 lbs of Buffalo once and it came frozen this cool styrofoam package. It wasnt cheap I remember.

Way easier to find in Thailand then good Beef or Buffalo.

Guess i got lucky like that.
