Ostarine question

My liver and kidney enzyme were spot on. Doc said that everything is right where it needs to be besides the low good cholesterol. I plan to start taking flax seed oil and throw in 2 days a week of cardio and cut down on fast food.

Bro fast food will ruin your cholesterol... Are you kidding me?? What are you doing bro? You should incorporate some form of cardio 3-4 days a week

Fast food?!? How about you. Completely cut out the fast good rather than just cut down on it...

Lol

I eat fast food once in a while. When he says cut back, I bet it's many times per week.

When I was away from the gym, I got into the fast food slump and in record time looked like and felt like garbage. I will cheat meal fast food now and then but I stray away for the most part. Sometimes a fried chicken sandwich and fries just tastes so damn good!!

Your HDL is very very low, bro. Below 40mg/dL is in the dangerous zone; >60mg/dL is optimal. That being said, what are your Total Cholesterol, HDL, LDL, and triglycerides? The actual ratio of HDL to LDL is probably the more important measurement as long as your triglycerides are in range (<150mg/dL). If your triglycerides are high too, then you are on the fast track to heart disease.
Like the other guys pointed out, you need to be off of everything for awhile, and eat clean.

I'm picking up a copy of my blood work today so I will post my full results when I get them on here. Also I plan to limit fast food to max 1 day a week and I'm going to start doing cardio 2 times a week. Also starting to take flax seed oil. Might I mention before I started lifting I had bloodwork done and everything was right where it was suppose to be except for this same issue. So i'm not sure if its genetic either which I hope not because that was 4 years ago.
