Compared to one which isn't - not that much. The issues with most burgers are, of course, is eating them in a bun with a ton of sides pickles and sauces. A organic beef patty on it's own, vs one which isn't, is only a little better.
the burger itself is perfectly healthy assuming it is cooked properly..
i cook mine on the BBQ or in a pan with coconut oil
you get it from the restaurant they cook it in canola or some other unhealthy oil.
and like mobster said the bun is the killer, i use a lettuce to wrap mine. and instead of using sauce make some fresh guac. very easy to make and any idiot can do it

In terms of an optimal diet - bread is poor. It'd be better, as I said, to have the patty, lettuce and tomato. No bread, no sides (maybe home made pickle)
