Orange juice?

I totally agree, it is better to eat the orange and get the fiber than to make juice out of it. Especially when consumed on an empty stomach in the morning orange juice can irritate the digestive system. Also, it's less work and less dirty dishes 😁

Yeah, I’m on a cycle right now – running tren and test.I train strength 4 times a week, focusing on more sets with lighter weights for endurance since I’m cutting.A typical workout is like 3-4 sets of squats, deadlifts and bench presses. On rest days, I hit cardio to boost fat burning. Diet’s on point, and I’m seeing results. Key is recovery – protein, sleep and sticking to the plan. Gains are coming slow but steady 💪

start a new thread with your LOG journal, share diet training cycle info and we can guide you and support you

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
We have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
