options to gear

I've done alot of reading on gear but havn't came across much about truly boosting your own test and I dont mean just with test boosters and stuff like that. What I'm curious is there script gear out there that instead of shuting your natty down and replacing it with synthetic it just turns up your natty levels.

I realize it probably dont exist but doesnt hurt to ask

HCGenerate from NeedToBuildMuscle does a great job increasing natural testosterone levels and free testosterone. I would also recommend Unleashed and Forged MHO-Poppers. There are a lot of great stuff out there that increases your natty test levels but IMO HCGenerate is the best.

UNLEASHED raises free test and has the only ingredients proven to do so. Free test is the only kind that counts. Phytoserms is good for total test. HCGenerate and BRIDGE are good for LH production, which helps to make more test. You can try one at a time or all of them but UNLEASHED will give you the most immediate response.

But there;'s also the anabolic nature of steroids. That''s where NTBM GEAR is a great alternative. If used together and consistently, UNLEASHED. Phto, BRIDGE and GEAR will give near steroid-like results with no suppression.

wow. so you want to boost your T levels with something that is a hormone but that magically doesn't suppress you? and that isn't a test booster either? you need to read up on biology regarding how the HPTA works

if you run hormones you will suppress yourself obviously no matter how much you use because your body is gonna pick up on that and go into sleep mode. there is no way around it. people who go on HRT are merely replacing their own testosterone production with foreign testosterone.. their bodies will no long produce test on its own unless they come off totally. there isn't a way to run a low dose either and keep it from happening

a buddy at work once told me he wanted to run gear for a couple months to get his T levles up and trick his body into producing more test. it don't work like that.. its amazing how many people out there have no common sense on this stuff

now if i told you that there were some ways to boost your T levels WITHOUT taking anything you probably wouldn't want to hear it or would you? i mean it takes some changes.

1. get proper sleep, don't wake up too early or go to bed late.. people who go to bed past midnight and sleep in till noon will murder their T levels.. go to bed at 10pm and wake up at 7.. that is perfect
2. lift. especially squats, deadlifts and compound lifts. guys who lift have higher T levels than guys that sit in moms basement playing video games
3. eat good. if your diet consists of ice cream, pizza, and mcdonalds then your T levels will suffer. eat veggies, some fruit, lean meats (high quality) and high quality whole grains/carbs. no junk food
4. natty supps. i know you said you didn't want to hear about natty supps but these will help boost T levels naturally.. hcgenerate, unleashed, T stack RX (see my sig), test infusion are the best ones.
5. less tv/computer.. more time outdoors. we did not evolve to sit in front of the tv for 4 hours a day like a lot of people do. they spend 3 hours watching the game but can't spend an hour outside doing SOMETHING
6. sex. besides lifting this is the best way to stimulate your hormones

All good advice. And eat whole eggs. It may be the only food that has a direct effect on T levels.

I should have gave a little more info and asked the question better. I have gotten back in to working out over the last several months, on diet and workouts everyday. Have been working my way up to cycle and went to do bloods pre cycle for base line and come to find out my free test is low. I wasn't real surprised by the way I had been feeling over the last several years and especially the last year. I have done alot of homework but was just wandering if there is something out there I haven't found in my reading yet, I have my diet on and work outs are going good, I get my sleep , as for the sex it don't make seance but even feeling like crap my drive was everyday until I started the workouts and diet, from that point on my junk works but my interest has went to the lowest I've ever seen.

I am looking into the hcgenerate and other supps suggested above , and I thank you guys for the feed back What I'm trying to find is a way to do my cycle wich will put me closer to my goal condition then get my own test numbers back up higher than they are now to the normal range without doing the trt for the rest of my life. I realize this probably wont happen now that they have started to drop on there own but I like to explore every possibility.

After rereading my post I did word it a little wrong.

how old are you?

when you hit your early 20's there can be a drop in T levels.. has to do with that part of your life being so much change and transition.. its a stressful time. i have a feeling you are that age

again its all about how we evolved. in the year 2013 a typical 23 year old is leaving college, getting a career.. trying to chase pussy, some are having babies which are keeping them up all night. some are still living in the dorm and waiting tables, some are living mommy's basement cause they can't find a job, spending hours on facebook or downloading porn. its a mess. you won't find someone that age who isn't going through a lot of changes.

a million years ago a 23 year old was hunting , fighting, and banging all day.. and in the cave sleeping at night. pretty much what guys do in prison which is why people in prison come out more aggressive and mean and with higher T levels.

so what i'm saying is do a better job of bringing out your inner caveman and you will boost your T levels that way. its not 100% realistic in today's world but you can work at it

I'm actually 38 , I've just always had alot of sex drive and natty strength and size, looking back over the years now that I'm really learning about how the body works I think my test levels were probably naturally high most of my life and have really crashed the last few wich is why I'm feeling it so bad.

I am working toward the cave man state of mind though lol I've done decided I'm not feeling 80 at 38 or for the rest of my life for that matter , Diet , workouts, and general health improvements are priority one everything else is back seat.

Get some blood work done and from that you know what you are up against. Your lifestyle will obviously be a major contributor to how you feel but get some blood work done and see what you are up against
