Would these ingredients be good for a meal replacement. I buy the 5 lb tub of optimum whey but want to make my own MRP's since most of them are so expensive and I use 1/day. Use 2 scoops of whey protein/low-fat yogurt and fat free milk for a mrp. Right now I am using Muscle milk and I got to say that within an hour I am hungry again and I find its not as great as everyone claims it to be.
