I have not tried it yet Witkowsd, but have been looking at it and the blend looks great! I have been looking for a good LC Casien blend and am also wondering about taste. Its got some good Fats in it, no aspartame, and 1g of sugar per serv! The Directions for use sound really interesting...I like thick mixing blends very much.

Hey HANSEL, why do you like calcium casenate? I've always thought you should avoid low quality proteins like calcium casenate...

I am under the impression that its slow burning, So I Drink Whey after working out and a blend if its for Breakfast, in place of food, or before bed.
TYPE A is this a really poor quality casienate?

I just noticed Metomyosyn Pro 6.0 Blend in the APM60's has the second protein listed as Calicum Sodium Casienate. Is that the same thing?

Thanks for the reply Hansel... Some people really like casein and I've never understood why. Many manufacturers like to put "slow absorbing" or "night time protein blend" on their products and it'll contain a combo of whey and calcium casenate. The only study that shows casein can cause a slow absorption were the early Boire studies. But that study used an advanced form of casein, micellar casein...which is highly advanced and expensive. If you want a slow absorbing blend, stick with the science and make sure micellar casein is in the mix.

If you know of a benefit to calcium caseinate, please post!

i use complete protein diet. i love it. taste great mixes thick which i really like. overall a good quality product.
