Opinions on hair regiment PLEASE.

My hair has been falling out consistently for the past few months. I thinks its caused by the Proviron I took about 5 months ago. I took 50mg ED for only a month though. Can some of you hair guys take a look at what Im doing to battle this and offer any suggestions?

Nizoral 2%- 3 times/week
Rogaine 5%- applied once Everyday
Azaelic Acid Cream- applied once everyday
Bioscalin Multi Vitamin- one a day (This is an Italian pill which strengthens roots, I live in Italy)

Im not sure about the order in which to apply the Minoxidil and the azaelic acid cream. So far Ive rubbed the cream onto my scalp after I shower then applied the rogaine about 30 minutes later.
What do you guys think???? By the way Spiro cream isn’t available here in Italy.

I would find a way to get some spiro cream. Failing that, you could use finasteride. I don't know how aggressive your hairloss is. Mine was pretty bad and I only saw stabilization once I started basically using a little of everything. Then I finally gave up and said, "to hell with it". The order in which you are using the azalic and minox is fine. You can also find rogain/azaelic topicals that apply all at the same time.

Attack spikes in bloodstream DHT internally. All those topicals together may help somewhat, after alot of time and money, but in my opinion, Propecia/Proscar, or Avodart (even better) is worth more than all those together by far. Keep in mind, it is an ongoing battle that many of us are dealing with, not something you can just throw money at one time and get results,... takes time.

Thanks guys. What is the difference between proscar and propecia? Anyone else have some input?

Proscar = 5mg tab.finisteride : Propecia = 1mg tab.finisteride
