I'm pretty sure all of you have heard about this diet, it is supposed to be 45% carbohydrates, 35% protein and 20% fats. My question is if you follow it to the letter how long does it take to start noticing any changes? Longer than a regular diet?

Because in this case your carbohydrates intake is higher than protein and fat intake, and cabs are supposed to make you gain undesirable weigh?

Will the Steroid cycle help my muscle building cause?

I like that macronutrient split but remember - your total calorie intake and the foods you eat are just as important as how many carbs/protein/fat you eat.

For example, what do you think your body will absorb better. A sweet potato or some candy. Both have the same amount of carbs, but how they act in the body will be completely different.

If you are trying to gain weight, shoot for a one pound per week weight gain. To achieve this, you would want to add roughly 500 calories to your daily maintenance calories.

A pound is 3500 calories so 500 calories/day x 7 days/week = 1 pound weight gain per week.
