i guess your saying test cyp... you can shoot once a week but you may experience some minior sides because blood levels wont be even

Shoot both twice a week to ensure stable blood levels and to break up large amounts of oil being shot in one muscle, the least amount of oil per shot the better.

Well, I have seen studies where it was measured at 4.5 days but Pfizer says approximately 8 days in it's pamphlet.

It's hard to say with certainty; there's a lot of different info out there.
