That's the first thing I thought. Var and Test will do wonders and ruining your receptors in the very beginning will only lead to over usage of gear down the road.

You've been this patient......keep being patient and stick with the Var and Test.

Var needs to be ran every day at 50-70mg per day for 4-6 weeks to kickstart your cycle. HCG should only be used as a kickstart to your PCT, not the whole cycle. I would throw in some N2guard for your cycle support on cycle as well.

I use clomid and Nova for PTC and not just serms, gw is just for some fat lost.
 
I guess thats it and start next week Friday latest:

1-12: Test e: 300mg Monday, Thursday. 600mg/wk total.
1-4: Var: 200mg over 4 days a week
1-13: hCG: 250iu x2 week. Every 3.5 days.
1-12: 50mg proviron per day
1-14: aDex: 0.25mg every other day ( Increase to .50 eod if needed)
NAC liver support 600mg week 1 till the end of PCT

PCT:
week 17 Clomid 75mg + Nolva 40mg
week 18 Clomid 50mg + Nolva 20mg
week 19 Clomid 50mg or Nolva 20mg
week 20 Clomid 50mg + Nova 20mg
gw to support some fat lost during pct. I hope custom in Singapore doesn't confiscate the bottle. If yes I need to reorder and sent it to my Hotel in Miami when I am on leave :)

Clomid and Nolva are SERMS. You are probably getting confused with terms SARM and SERM, completely different things... and btw even GW-50 is not a SARM, (it's PPAR Agonist) even though people insist on calling it one for some reason.
Research the terminology a bit more, and you will eventually get a hang of it. At least you know what an AI is, and are using one, that alone puts you miles ahead of most people posting their first cycle layouts here.

IMO your cycle looks pretty good, great choice to ditch Clen and switch Oxys to Var. Your first plan to run Oxys (especially for that long) on your first cycle didn't look good, it would have been very harsh cycle, that you planned to start with.

I would still change some things though:
- You don't need to run that much Test, start from 350-400 mgs @ week. If you feel it's necessary you can bump it upwards mid cycle, and run it a bit higher on the second half of your cycle.
- Run Var everyday @ 40-80 mgs depending on the quality of it (start low and up you dose if you feel it's necessary).
- You don't need to run HCG throughout the whole cycle. Blast it 250 IUs EOD on weeks 6-7 and 11- Beginning of PCT.
- Add Aromasin to your PCT.
- Get some cycle support supps (ie. N2Guard/Damage Control/Cycle Support, Lipid Stabil, and Aegis/TUDCA).
- Consider adding also Ostarine to your PCT, GW-50 is great for both fat loss and anti-catabolic effects, Ostarine would compliment it greatly and add to both.
- Add some natty Test boosters of your choosing to your PCT. (I like Hcgenerate and Unleashed, but I'm on TRT, so I don't like to advice or comment peoples PCT very extensively)

Thanks so much. I am trying to incorporate all you guys have recommend and try to use my own brain of course -:).

Let me check what I get here in Singapore. If not, I can get the stuff online in Miami in March and can order online most off it.

I am not crazy, and don't need to do a cycle, yet with 46..,almost 47 and very low test, I can use some help -:)
 
An update concerning my first cycle.

I don't have enough time anymore to start a full 12 month cycle and I think I don't have yet the desired bf level to fully utilize a cycle with test, so I go with a short 6-8 weeks SARMS cycle as recommended on this forum before I go on leave.
Will start with my test after my vacation in April.

Not easy to resist, all the good stuff is at home and just waiting to get started.

Got everything together for a SARMS cycle and started this morning.

Thanks again for all your suggestions and help.

5th day using SARMS triple stack and like to share with you my work out routine

My goal is fat lost until march, vacation and after first test cycle:

my routine 2 days-off-2 days-off and so on, basically I use Poliquins German Body Composition program with some modification

Day one all 4 sets with 4010 tempo:

A1: Split Squats front food elevated, 6-8 reps
10 sec rest
A2: side step ups, 15-20 reps
60 sec rest
A3: Chest Dips, 6-8 reps
10 sec rest
A4: chest flyes, 10-12 reap
60 rest

B1: squat machine, 6-8 resp
10 sec rest
B2: leg press, 10-12 reps
60 sec rest
B3: French press sitting, 6-8 reps
10 sec rest
B4: bench press inner rotation, 10-12 reps

day 2:

A1: lying leg curls, 6-8 reps
10 sec rest
A2: Romanien deadifts, 10-12 resp
60 sec rest
A3: standing EZ curls, 6-8 reps
10 sec rest
A4: pulldown neutral grip, 10-12 breps
60 sec rest
B1: bent-knee deadlift, 6-8 reps
10 sec rest
B2: Russian step ups, 12-15 reps
60 sec reps
B3: 45* incline curls DB, 6-8 reps
10 sec rest
B4: rowing seated, 10-12 reps

next two days, will post later

stay between 2700 and 3000 cal and just 25g carbs (fructose) pre workout

with this routine 2 days one off and two days and repeat and can not get the energy to do cardio (HIIT), yet I assume that must be enough work with triple SARM stack to cut down 4-5% off bf.

Thoughts?
